i) If either the ME or GC train journey is cancelled by IRCTC, a full refund will be provided for both train packages.

ii) Additionally on departure cancelled by IRCTC, if guests wish to cancel one of the train journeys and switch to another (either ME or GC), they may be allowed to do so.

iii) The above offer is valid for booking in season 2025-26 and 2026-27 only

iv) There will be discount of USD 200 per pax on the published tariff of Golden Chariot and also USD 200 per pax on the published tariff of Maharajas’ Express, available to all agents' booking on both {ME and GC } Trains in conjunction for same guest only.

v) This offer can be availed for next two seasons i.e 2025-26 and 2026-27.

vi) This is a limited period offer available on a first-come, first-served basis for early bookings of 10 cabins per departure across both ME and GC.

vii) All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
